We are seeking a strong content, communication, project, training and results driven team member to join us in our vision to build “the Greatest Healthcare Community the World has ever seen”.

This position will have the following duties and responsibilities

  • Drive high priority International initiatives as part of a team that supports the CEO and leadership team of DaVita International.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating and directing Wisdom programs, processes, metrics and practices for DaVita’s international operations. The position is based in London, United Kingdom, and requires significant travel globally

Culture & Building a Village

  • Oversight of Look & Feel/ Internal Branding
  • Strategize, develop and implement onboarding programs and trainings (relevant to country and overall company Vision) to facilitate faster and desirable integration of new teammates
  • Develop, implement, directly coach teams or train local faculty on content and trainings that focus on the “Why” behind the culture and how it impacts business results and drives employees to do the right thing when it comes to caring for patients, each other and the world
  • Liaison for in-country teams and support with implementation of their local Village/Wisdom plans and act as their consultant

Leadership Development

  • Assess needs, assist in setting leadership and soft-skills education strategies, set project priorities, manage resources, design and develop training for Village initiatives and ongoing educational needs, and make appropriate decisions that align with and successfully support business strategies
  • Coach executive-level and other senior teammates and teams by providing consultation and expert Wisdom, leadership development and Culture advice and programs
  • Create new, innovative programs for teammate culture and leadership trainings
  • Instructor and facilitator for key leadership and soft-skills trainings
  • Identify top priorities for new or pilot programs; support design and pilot testing
  • Learning Management System (LMS):

Internal Communications

  • Support Communications team to develop content, storyboard and provide design inputs for communication, collaterals and videos created for internal purposes for DaVita International operations:
  • Liaise with Creative Services; support local look and feel in alignment to international strategy and local customs
  • Oversee team deliverables from designers and staff writers who write key materials
  • Communicate key ideas to designers for creation of projects
  • Plan layout and final finished product for print production by coordinating with designer, production team and printer
  • Oversee the budget associated with projects
  • Oversee coordination of final delivery of project to internal customer
  • Support in-country teams with implementation of their local internal communication plans and act as their consultant
  • Provide consultation to international teammates on DaVita brand identity, campaigns, logo creation, and messaging

Internal Events & Village Programs

  • Coach international and country teams on program or event standards, look & feel requirements
  • Support international meeting cadence, content design, communications, and delivery
  • Lead annual Villagewide and International Leadership Meeting logistics and participants
  • Program or Event Management responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Plan and develop programs, agendas, content, budgets, and event services
  • Partner with local team regarding event look and feel and onsite event arrangements for registration, hotel accommodations, facility management, food and beverage, signage, displays, audio visual support, travel and transportation logistics, shipping and handling, program materials, special needs, printing, etc.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, in the spirit of Continuous Improvement
  • Negotiate contracts or serve as on-site contact with service providers and suppliers including hotels, convention centers, vendors, and speakers.


  • Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field with previous significant professional experience, including significant time coaching or teaching (DVU Executive Faculty or full-time equivalent)
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing Mission & Values, human experience coaching and teaching
  • Experience working in multiple countries and cultures, as well as experience with corporate cultures, specifically Wisdom
  • Team Player with excellent multi-cultural, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Experience in project management, from design through approval and implementation
  • Commitment to and role model Core Values with ability to demonstrate positively to colleagues, management, physicians, and/or vendors in every day performance and interactions
  • Proven strong leadership and project management skills including collaboration across functions
  • Solid reasoning, critical thinking, problem solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to drive projects forward
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Demonstrated team building and coaching/mentoring skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and adapt based on changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to perform needs assessment, design, development, and delivery of leadership and team interventions consistent with Wisdom Team models and practices
  • Ability to adapt to and understand foreign cultures and sensitivities
  • Expertise in building teams, managing and influencing people, processes and relationships
  • Demonstrated business acumen; able to assess financial implications of decisions and actions; able to understand how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace and impact DaVita
  • Must have written and verbal fluency in English (multi-lingual skills a plus) to successfully perform the essential functions, duties, and responsibilities of the position.
  • Travel required: up to 50% throughout international travel while based in London
