Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced People Services (Human Resources) Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. This teammate will facilitate/run daily initiatives and processes across all HR core functions; including Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, and Benefits.

  • Will be a self-starter with experience running end-to-end HR processes
  • Will demonstrate an analytical curiosity and motivation to seek out enhancements for our current HR processes.
  • Will be a compelling communicator – persuasive and confident in his/her communication and able to relay complex information
  • Will be familiar using HR software and tools and have proficient skills with MS Office applications

Areas of Focus/Support:

  • Recruiting: Coordinate all recruitment efforts; posting job advertisements, performing initial screens, booking interviews, drafting offer letters and contracts for the London and Amsterdam offices
  • Onboarding: Responsible for the new starter process ensuring contracts are correct and on-boarding is enthusiastic and managed effectively. (includes UK border agency checks and extensions, conducting background checks, training new starters on available people management systems, tracking probationary periods and fixed-term contracts, and helping to manage successful candidates before they start)
  • Payroll: Oversee payroll administration for London office; maintaining active teammate populations, Liaising with payroll vendor on monthly processing, managing benefits deductions, entering compensation changes and one-time payments as needed
  • Benefits: Assist with the administration of available benefits (including pension, health, dental)
  • General Administration: Maintain teammate records in human capital management system (Workday); including track and report starters/leavers, conduct monthly employee information reconciliation, track/file paper and e-records
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Support People Services initiatives and projects across all countries of operation

Education Requirements:
BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
